Royal Caribbean has announced the launch of a new adults-only retreat called Hideaway Beach, located in The Bahamas at Perfect Day at CocoCay. The beach is set to open in January 2024, coinciding with the debut of the Icon of the Seas. Hideaway Beach features a private beach and pools, as well as new bars and restaurants, exclusive cabanas, and live music. Guests can now book their adult-only experience at CocoCay starting from September 14.
To gain access to the beach, guests must be at least 18 years old and pay an entrance fee that ranges from $39 to $89 depending on the time of year. The beach will be furnished with luxurious loungers and umbrellas, hammocks, and swings. The pool area will feature a DJ, swim-up bar, and poolside loungers around a heated infinity-edge pool with a stunning ocean view. Additionally, there will be two types of cabanas available. Ten of them will be located by the pool and include amenities such as a personal attendant who can be summoned with the push of a button, a mini-fridge, floating beach mats, and charging outlets.

Take in the stunning ocean views while enjoying live music, sports on TV, and refreshing drinks like frozen margaritas and mai tais at On the Rocks, the new al fresco bar located along the rocky shore.
For those looking to cool off in the pool, Hideaway Bar offers a swim-up option with two levels and plenty of space to relax and soak up the sun. Pizza lovers can indulge in fresh-from-the-oven favorites with island twists at Slice of Paradise, while Snack Shack offers classic options like burgers, chicken sandwiches, and salads with shaded seating and tables on the sand. And, with two full-service beach bars located on either side of the new beachfront paradise, a drink will never be far away.
