Booking.com has expanded its offerings in the United States with the introduction of a new travel vertical focused on cruises. This move comes in response to the growing demand for cruise bookings in the country, which has a significant presence in the global cruise industry. Ben Harrell, the Managing Director of Booking.com in the USA, emphasized the platform’s commitment to making global travel more accessible and catering to the large market for cruises in the United States. The newly launched Cruises product vertical provides access to over 10,000 sailings on 30 different cruise lines, departing from 55 ports worldwide. Additionally, Booking.com’s Cruises section offers special deals, such as onboard credits based on the total amount spent during the voyage.

This new vertical seamlessly integrates with Booking.com’s marketplace, allowing customers to easily coordinate their entire journey, including transportation to departure ports, accommodations before or after the cruise, and planning in-trip experiences at various port locations. Customers can now book their cruises through the Booking.com platform, expanding their travel options even further.

The release highlights the introduction of a helpline and live chat support, ensuring personalized assistance for all visitors on their website.
